There are a number of ways in which your HMT can connect to other devices or networks.
Wi-Fi
The HMT-1 and HMT-1Z1 supports 2.4GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands and can also be connected to a mobile hotspot.
Intrinsically Safe
The HMT-1Z1 can be connected to Intrinsically Safe (IS) Wi-Fi access point and IS mobile hotspot devices.
Bluetooth
The HMT-1 and HMT-1Z1 run Bluetooth 4.1 LE and can be configured in either master or slave modes. RealWear HMTs can be connected to external Bluetooth accessories such as wireless keyboards, external speakers and microphones and receive Bluetooth data from Bluetooth beacons.
LTE Networks
RealWear HMT-1 can be connected with an external modem to support 4G internet connectivity including on private LTE networks. Further information is available here.
